German Chamomile makes my top 5 herbs I love. Even though it is an annual in my zone (zone 2), it comes back by its seed it falls in the spring every year. Once you plant chamomile it will come back year after year, so be sure to plant it in an area where you can contain it! I use this herb for a soothing tea before bed, colds and flues, skin aliments, insect bites..etc. German Chamomile is also a great herb to feed pollinators. So it's a win for you and for the bees!
