This is the best short season fresh eating corn! The cobs are about 5-6 inches long loaded with sweet mouth-watering kernels to eat. The plant itself is only 3-4 feet tall, producing 2-3 cobs per plant, which is perfect for short season areas. This corn, since matures within 65 days, is dependable even in a cooler season. This is why I love this corn so much because the plants are short it quickly places its energy into making cobs instead of growing 7 feet tall. We eat this corn fresh and dry lots of it for the winter to enjoy over salads, in chili, soups....Once I found this corn years ago, I never had to look for another variety again.
